Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us via email before the commencement of the service or programme.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be evaluated based on the nature of the purchased service or programme. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund Processing Time (ETA)

Once approved, refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the customer's issuing bank and payment provider.
